"Yes, there are delays during pandemic times!"
Dick Blick carries a huge range of brands. I only get to visit the Kansas City store when I travel and set aside an hour to go up and down each aisle and look at everything. So fun! Most of the time I order online. For the reviewers saying shipping is slow or merch is not complete during the pandemic, please raise your awareness!!! DB relies on manufacturers to have staff AND materials available to create the products that DB sells and you want to buy. In pandemic times, manufacturers are not getting what they need, so you have to be patient!

"Blick's Art Supplies is fabulous!"
Unfortunately there is no Dick Blick's store near me, so I work with them via online orders. I've been ordering from them for almost six years and found them consistently excellent in price, quality of product, and superb customer service. After dozens of orders I've had exactly ONE order that wasn't correct--and that one was immediately fixed when I contacted customer service. Blick's has some of the best online customer service out there. It's my go-to place for art supplies of all kinds.

"Good Customer Service and Great timing during Covid Pandemic:"
I have ordered several times at Dickblick.com during the Covid-19 Pandemic. I received my purchases before the actual shipping date. I received all items. They did not price Gouge as other major art stores did during the pandemic. I highly recommend this Company for your art supplies. They do have competing prices compared to other suppliers. I found this website thru amazon. and i ordered 11 items i was given a block order number and a amazon order number and also a fedex order number. when i try and use the amazon tracking number it says that i haven't placed any items. when i use the fedex one it says that no order exists. and when i use the block order number it tells me when i placed my order but it's not giving me any information about when i'm supposed to receive my things. i just really hope that i didn't get ripped off!
