"Custom framing turned out great"
The frame fit perfectly and pickup was super easy. a bad fit would’ve been preventable with careful measuring, so I’m glad everything came out exactly right.

I ordered some paints and paper from Dick Blick, the tracking was better than I expected. I have a low tolerance for vague shipping updates, so I appreciated that the emails were clear and the tracking link actually kept moving instead of sitting on “label created” for days.
I could see where the package was, and the delivery date ended up being right, which is kind of my standard for a smooth online order. Nothing over the top, just simple, accurate, and stress-free. I’d order from them again

"Stock Can Be a Bit Unpredictable"
The stock here is kind of hit or miss. I probably remember the times they didn’t have what I needed more than the times they did, but it does feel like availability can be inconsistent. Sometimes I find exactly what I came for, and other times the shelves are a little disappointing

"Shipping messed it up, but Blick fixed it fast"
My order showed up with one of the pads bent and a paint tube leaking a little, which was annoying to open. I’m guessing it got knocked around in shipping, so I’m not really blaming Dick Blick for that part, but still, not ideal. I emailed them with a couple photos, and they got back to me quicker than I expected. No long back-and-forth or making me prove my case a hundred different ways, they just sent out a replacement. The new stuff arrived totally fine, so in the end it worked out. Shipping was the problem, but their customer service handled it well. I’d order from them again.

I ordered some paint and paper on dickblick.com and picked it up at my local store later that day. it was even smoother than I expected. My order was ready fast, the pickup counter was easy to find, and the staff was friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. I was in and out in about 5 minutes, which made the whole thing feel really reliable. Definitely a great option when I need art supplies quickly and don’t want to waste time searching the aisles

"Decent store, but cramped and a bit frustrating"
I stopped in to pick up some paint and wallpaper, and overall it was okay. The staff were friendly enough, but I got a couple different answers from different people about what I needed, which was a little annoying. The aisles are tight too, so browsing around wasn’t exactly easy. Checkout took longer than expected as well. Not a terrible experience, just kind of inconvenient.

The site works fine overall, and my account feels secure, at least I haven’t had any issues there. The privacy settings are okay, but they could definitely be easier to understand. I’d really like a clearer explanation of how my data is being used, nothing too complicated, just more upfront. It’s not a bad experience, but it’s not amazing either.

I’ve ordered from Dick Blick a few times, usually when I see a promo code or something on sale. I’ve definitely found some solid deals, especially on paints and sketchbooks, but it feels like the really good discounts are limited or don’t apply to the stuff I actually need. I’ve asked support about it before and the reply was basically, “some brands and items are excluded,” which I get, but it still makes the promos feel a little less useful. Shipping can also eat into the savings, so the final total isn’t always as great as it first looks. Overall, it’s not a bad site and I’d still order again, I just wish the promotions were clearer and easier to actually use.

"Packed well, even if I felt a bit brushed off"
I was a little nervous about my order from dickblick.com because when I asked about packaging, I felt kind of dismissed, like I was worrying over nothing. But the shipment actually arrived packed better than I expected. The paper pads were perfectly flat with no bent corners, and the paints were wrapped well so nothing leaked or got smashed. The box had enough padding without being over the top. Everything showed up clean and in good shape, so in the end I’m really happy with it.

I’ve ordered from Dick Blick a few times now, and to be fair, their prices are usually better than my local art store, especially for basics like paper, brushes, and paint. The products have always been legit, so no complaints there. Shipping, on the other hand, can sneak up on you if you’re not paying attention, because apparently saving money needs a little strategy. I usually wait until I need a bunch of stuff and order it all at once. Overall, it’s a good value and I’ll keep using them, even if it’s not exactly a flawless experience

I order art supplies for our school, and Blick has been really easy to work with!! Getting quotes and PO orders through is painless, and the shipping usually shows up faster than I’m expecting. Are the fees gonna be too expensive since i'm from france? i would like to kn because i wouldn't like to pay more on charges than the item i wanna buy

I found this website thru amazon. and i ordered 11 items i was given a block order number and a amazon order number and also a fedex order number. when i try and use the amazon tracking number it says that i haven't placed any items. when i use the fedex one it says that no order exists. and when i use the block order number it tells me when i placed my order but it's not giving me any information about when i'm supposed to receive my things. i just really hope that i didn't get ripped off!
